Privacy and cookies
What Simba’s Club collects, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.
Who we are
Simba’s Club is run by [company or trader name], [registered address]. We decide why and how your personal data is used, so we are the data controller under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
This page is a plain-English summary of what the site does with your data. It will be updated if that changes.

Saved on your device only. Paw taps, hearts and your filter choices are stored in your browser so the page remembers them. They are not sent to us.
Cookies and affiliate links
Links marked “ad” go to a shop or a partner network. When you click one, that site (or its network, for example [Awin, Impact, Amazon Associates, Webgains]) may set its own cookies so it knows the visit came from us and can pay us a commission. We do not control those cookies. They are covered by the other site’s own policy.
If you would rather not be tracked this way, you can block or clear cookies in your browser settings, or open the shop’s site directly instead of using our link.

Photos of your whippet
We only use a photo with your permission, and only photos that have no children in them. You can ask us to take a photo down at any time and we will remove it from the site. We cannot take back a post that is already on TikTok, but we will delete it from our own account.
Who we share data with
We do not sell your data. We use a few services to run the site: hosting [host], email [provider], analytics [tool] and the form or upload service that stores nominations [service]. Some of these may process data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on [UK adequacy decision, International Data Transfer Agreement or addendum].
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, have it deleted, restrict or object to how we use it, take a copy of it, and withdraw your consent whenever consent is the reason we use it. Withdrawing consent does not affect what we did before.
If you are unhappy with how we handled your data, please tell us first. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Children
This site is for dog owners and is not aimed at children. Please do not send us a child’s personal details.
